Unfortunately, the Shapefile specification does not have a provision for arcs. That's why you will see arcs segmented to short chords in Shapefiles.

We create a table using the current table style. Use the CAD table style manager to modify the appearance.

There is not currently a tool to do this, but sounds like it could be added fairly easily. The question is the MTEXT label the best label resulting object? This has been fixed, run the 'Check for Updates' tool. Whenever you find an object that doesn't add points let us know and sending a small sample like that speeds things up for us.
