MapWorks Import is a map import tool running inside AutoCAD 2000 or higher. Process major formats produced by ESRI, civil applications and government agencies. This tool allows you to select multiple files, specify a coordinate window, and quickly import mapping information into your CAD drawing. Also supports grid files from major sources such as USGS DEM and ESRI, along with other application specific formats. Map Import Dialog:
This central dialog controls all operations involved with loading and processing files. 
| Process Files: | Build a list of multiple files (of differing types) for import. Sort the list as desired and save it for later recall. | | Crossing Window: | Specify the rectangular area of interest in your drawing, the program ignores geometry that falls outside of it. | | Status Display: | Monitor the status of the current file, as well as overall progress of multiple files. | | Options: | Zoom into the area of the drawn objects or auto-assign designated layers. |
