MapWorks 2.0 Released [01-25-08]
We are happy to announce our expansion into the Civil/Survey arena with MapWorks 2.0. We have taken our popular Legal Description and Import tools and combined it with new Points and Tools modules to form the MapWorks Suite. An exciting improvement is the implementation of our adaptive engine technology that detects the platform it's running on and uses its objects! When you're running on Civil3D or Land Desktop, it uses the systems points, parcels, and surfaces directly with no conversion required.
XL2CAD 5.0 Released [07-30-07]
DotSoft once again raises the bar on spreadsheet importing. We supercharged our Excel read engine yielding an amazing speed increase of 30x faster. Most sheet sized tables now process in less than one second! We also added the ability to update tables embedded in xrefs, a tool to scan files, folders (or an entire drive) for drawings that need to be updated, and more! Numerous other improvements in XL2CAD 5.0.
ToolPac 11.0 Released [04-30-07]
The ultimate collection of productivity tools for AutoCAD just got better. Dozens of additional tools and numerous refinements to existing tools. Fully compatible with the new AutoCAD 2008! CADWrite 1.0 Released [10-24-06]
This low cost comprehensive word processor runs inside of AutoCAD 2000i or higher and reads/writes Word documents as its native file format. Unlike a regular word processor, CADWrite can rapidly extract information from AutoCAD for report writing and draw its documents into the drawing as mtext objects.

Free Table Toolbar [06-27-05]
Since AutoCAD doesn't provide a Table Toolbar for the new table object introduced in 2005, this month DotSoft is providing one for free. This toolbar provides singleclick toolbar access to most tools found under the table right click menu, eliminating menu navigation. This includes Insert Table, Styles, Properties, Text/Border/Fill Colors, Insert Rows Above/Below, Delete Rows, Insert Columns Left/Right, Delete Columns, Merge/UnMerge Cells, Delete Cell Contents, Alignments, Size Rows/Columns Equally, and Update.
