Export Featurelines to ESRI Shape File with vertex elevations

Are there any tools for this now?

We need to be able to create these shape files in order to import into software such as HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, etc. to create breaklines in these GIS based software models.

Have you tried the C3DTools Map Export > ShapeFile approach? Reviewing the code it looks like it supports ShapeFile format 13 which is 3dPolyline compatible. Try it and if it needs anything let me know. You might also need to convert arcs to segments Figures > Remove Arcs.

When I export my Featurelines I loose the arcs. Is there a work around for that?

Unfortunately, the Shapefile specification does not have a provision for arcs. That's why you will see arcs segmented to short chords in Shapefiles.
