Cogo Points and Surface Elevation Dynamic link

Hello,
Is it possible to associate a cogo point's elevation or series of points (via Point Group) to a surface elevation dynamically? Meaning, if the surface updates, so do the points elevations. If you move the cogo point, the point's elevation will update to the surface elevation dynamically.
