We need an easy to use location finder that allows the user to enter an address and Civil 3D will zoom to that location. It could drop a pin marker also perhaps.

It would be helpful to be able to enter either lat/long or an address in the search box. We would want to make it easy to copy the decimal format lat/long from Google and paste it into the search box.

The drawing would have a projection previously set by the user.

For all those interested, try the recently added "Geocode Address" tool which works both ways, especially in urban locations. Takes an address string and zooms to/places a GeoPositionMarker at the address, the second method takes a pick point and attempts to label the address.
