This tool has been revised to work on any segment along the figure. Pick the segment near the end you want to move, the other will be held fixed. The base and pointer graphics (immediately after pick) make it obvious what's going to happen.

We'll put that on the to-do list.

That is (was) the case, we pushed a revision, run Check for Updates.

That's the problem. It expects a figure with 3 or more vertices (that would contain area). In other words it's not going to automatically join your four single segment featurelines. The reason it accepts multiple objects is so you can select multiple figures and place centroids in each.

Can't seem to reproduce the problem, can you email a small drawing that should produce it. Also, in the OPTIONS dialog is your Point Names toggle on?

Since the design labels affect regen speed, we were simply getting a style. It appears that in creating the WINGDINGS3 style for the linetype the design labels were picking that up. We now are creating our own style it overrides. Should be fixed with the next update.

I think this tool should be able to work on any point along the figure and become Figure Adjust Point. I think that it might require the picking of a reference point since the adjustment might be forward on the path or it could be backward.

This should be fixed in a mid day build, close Civil3D and run Check for Updates.
